From intimate ceremonies to grand celebrations, our venue provides a romantic setting for weddings. Couples exchange vows in the scenic Texas Garden before celebrating with a personalized reception in the historic Great Hall, creating a unique and unforgettable wedding experience. Please, note the following policies that apply to all wedding packages.

  • All rooms require a 1-night minimum stay on weekdays and a 2-night minimum on weekends.
  • A 15% discount on the third night and any additional nights.

Bluebonnet Elopement Package

Designed for couples seeking a simple yet elegant wedding, this package includes a ceremony in the Texas Garden, followed by a small reception in the Great Hall. If you book all rooms above the Great Hall, you have the option to extend the timeframe. Includes chairs, tables, cedar arch, and 3 cocktail tables.

Group Events & Gatherings


Country, with versatile event spaces, on-site accommodations, gourmet breakfasts, and curated catering for a seamless experience. Guests can stay in one of 23 accommodations, including rooms, suites, and multi-room houses. The Great Hall, our primary meeting space, provides customizable layouts, such as U-shaped table setups with linens and chairs, while the Library and Dining Room serve as breakout spaces for smaller sessions. A screen and projector rental is available, and our team will assist in designing the ideal setup. Private networking dinners or receptions can also be arranged to enhance your event.

Note that a 7.5% housekeeping and event gratuity applies to all meetings, private dinners, and catered events. For availability, event planning, or additional details, please contact our event coordinator via email.

Great Hall Rental

The Great Hall serves as the primary meeting and event space, offering privacy and flexibility for various corporate needs. It remains locked to all outside guests, ensuring exclusive access for your group.

Pricing/Timeframe

Half-Day (8 AM - 12 PM): $250

Full-Day (8 AM - 4 PM): $500

Additional Time: $75/hr

Gourmet Breakfasts

We provide chef-prepared breakfasts, delivered to each guest’s door at 9:00 AM in a signature picnic basket. If your group prefers to dine together, a buffet breakfast can be arranged in The Great Hall with a menu curated to your group’s preferences.

Corporate Catering & Beverage Service

We offer a Coffee, Tea & Juice Bar, which is refreshed continuously throughout the event. Private dinners and events can be arranged in The Great Hall, with catering provided by our preferred vendors. A TABC-licensed bartender is required for any event serving alcohol.
