Weddings at Hoffman Haus
From intimate ceremonies to grand celebrations, our venue provides a romantic setting for weddings. Couples exchange vows in the scenic Texas Garden before celebrating with a personalized reception in the historic Great Hall, creating a unique and unforgettable wedding experience. Please, note the following policies that apply to all wedding packages.
- All rooms require a 1-night minimum stay on weekdays and a 2-night minimum on weekends.
- A 15% discount on the third night and any additional nights.
- Prices shown are for venue only, and do not include room charges. Call for room-pricing quote.
Bluebonnet Elopement Package
Designed for couples seeking a simple yet elegant wedding, this package includes a ceremony in the Texas Garden, followed by a small reception in the Great Hall. If you book all rooms above the Great Hall, you have the option to extend the timeframe. Includes chairs, tables, cedar arch, and 3 cocktail tables.

Corporate Retreats & Business Meetings
Hoffman Haus offers a refined, private setting for corporate retreats, workshops, conferences, training sessions, meetings, and other business-related events in Texas Hill Country. The Great Hall, our primary meeting space, offers customizable layouts, including U-shaped table setups with linens and chairs. The Library and Dining Room provide breakout spaces for smaller sessions, and a screen and projector are available to rent.
Guests can stay onsite in one of 22 accommodations, including rooms, suites, and multi-room houses. Booking onsite accommodations may be required depending on the event. Gourmet breakfasts, curated catering, and beverage services are also available, and our team will help create a setup suited to your group’s needs.

Great Hall Corporate Rental
The Great Hall serves as the primary meeting and event space, offering privacy and flexibility for various corporate needs. It remains locked to all outside guests, ensuring exclusive access for your group.

Half-Day (8 AM - 12 PM): $250
Full-Day (8 AM - 4 PM): $500
Additional Time: $75/hr
Gourmet Breakfasts
We provide chef-prepared breakfasts, delivered to each guest’s door at 9:00 AM in a signature picnic basket. If your group prefers to dine together, a buffet breakfast can be arranged in The Great Hall with a menu curated to your group’s preferences.

Corporate Catering & Beverage Service
We offer a Coffee, Tea & Juice Bar, which is refreshed continuously throughout the event. Private dinners and events can be arranged in The Great Hall, with catering provided by our preferred vendors. A TABC-licensed bartender is required for any event serving alcohol.

Build-Your-Own Corporate Retreat
Build your own corporate retreat at Hoffman Haus, featuring 22 guest accommodations and a private meeting space for groups of 2 to 40. Customize your stay with breakfast baskets delivered to each room, chef-prepared lunch buffets, afternoon snacks, and full-day access to the Great Hall with projector and screen. Optional upgrades allow you to tailor the retreat to your team’s needs.

Private Gatherings
Hoffman Haus provides a welcoming setting for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday celebrations, anniversary parties, family gatherings, rehearsal dinners, and private dinners. Each event is planned according to its size, schedule, venue needs, catering, and accommodations. Contact our event coordinator to discuss availability and receive customized pricing for your gathering.
Private events may include use of the Great Hall and other available spaces, depending on the needs of the occasion. Catering, beverage service, onsite accommodations, and additional event services can also be discussed during the planning process. Corporate meeting rental rates do not apply to private gatherings.
A 7.5% housekeeping and event gratuity applies to private dinners and catered events.
