At Hoffman Haus,

we can accommodate a variety of needs for groups and corporations looking for a different experience for their staff retreats.

Our Great Hall, Library, and Dining Room areas are all conducive for large meetings, with break out spaces for smaller interactions. Our team can create a package that suits your needs, and our sister companies can provide meals and various food experiences. Pricing will vary depending on package requirements, with a 7.5% Housekeeping and Event Gratuity on all meetings and events at Hoffman Haus.

We have 23 different types of rooms and accommodations on property, from queen and king sized rooms and suites, to houses with multiple rooms.

Check in time is 3 PM and onward, as we offer a contactless check in for all guests. For groups, Hoffman Haus does provide envelopes with maps and room codes per each guest. Departure and check out time is 11 AM.

Our Great Hall is perfect for meeting parties of all sizes, and remains locked to any guests outside of your group. We will work with your business to curate a specialized floor plan. Most commonly, we can provide tables in a U shape with linens and chairs. Our screen and projector can also be rented for the duration of your time at Hoffman Haus.

Price Points for Great Hall Usage:

Half Day

8 AM - 12 PM: $250 (before tax)

Full Day

8 AM - 4 PM: $500 (before tax)

Extended Usage for Meeting Purposes

$75 / each additional hour

We pride ourselves in our gourmet breakfasts.

Our daily operations include that we do deliver breakfast each morning at 9 AM in a picnic basket to each room. Plated breakfast in the Great Hall at no additional charge.

However, sometimes groups like to dine together, in which case we can provide a breakfast buffet, served at 8:00 AM. Buffet options are curated with each group’s request. For groups with 1-19 guests,

the buffet price point begins at $300.

For 20 - 40 guests,

the price point

begins at $600.

We can also provide a Coffee, Tea, and Juice bar for $100 each day. Throughout the day, the beverage bar does continue to be refreshed.

We do utilize our Great Hall for events and private dinners for a separate price, with a 7.5% gratuity. Each event is based upon consultation. We do have a preferred vendors list for catering, and we do ask that there is a TABC licensed bartender hired for the event.
