Private Chef Dinners

Our Private Chef Dinner option offer our guests a restaurant caliber meal with the privacy and intimacy of eating in your own home. Dinners are cooked by a professional chef and can be eaten in your room or in our Dining Room. Please book this dinner option at least one week in advance.

Chef Karen Vaucher

Karen Vaucher is a 20 year veteran of the restaurant business in New York City. She owned several NYC restaurants including Bistro du Nord and Bar du Theatre on the Upper East Side. She relocated to the Hill Country in 2006 and offers gourmet private dining specializing in Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on France, Spain and Italy.

Chef Leslie Washburne

Leslie Washburne specializes in vegan and vegetarian dining. She has restaurant experience in Dallas and has hosted vegetarian pop-up wine dinners at the Grove House.
